I love that you write the girls' descriptions of the pictures! And did you photograph these, or scan them in? Is this how you're preserving the girls' artwork?
Our girls love to scribble and apply stickers. I've been keeping a piece of their "artwork" every couple of months, just so I can compare how they're growing. I am anxious for them to start looking at what they're doing, though! :)
I LOVE their pictures Jeremi! It's so fun to see how differently children draw people -that's probably my favorite part. And I LOVE the giraffes - adorable!
With some of my favorite kid artwork, I've cropped the picture on my computer, then had it printed on photopaper on Shutterfly, and framed it. That way you can make it whatever size you'd like.
What fantastic little artists you have! Such amazing work!
My guys love to color and paint, but are still doing more scribbling than drawing. I'm looking for ward to having some masterpieces like those in my future. :o)
Having seen their art work first hand, I know how well they do. Keep it up, little ladies. Grampa and I always enjoy receiving pictures from you and the other grandkiddos:) Love you, Grama
After trying and waiting for a long time, June 26th 2006 was the estimated due date of Baby A and Baby B. We were thrilled. But a little over 10 weeks early our doctor decided it was time for us to meet the babies. On Wednesday, April 19th at 6:49 pm, Ella Marie was born. We named her after Tom’s mom, Della Marie, and her name means 'Light'. She weighed 2 pounds 14 ounces, was 16 inches long and was perfect. At 6:51 pm, Zoë Dianne was born. We named her after my mom, Dianne, and her name means ‘Life’. She weighed 3 pounds 5 ounces, was also 16 inches long and was perfect too.
Both girls stayed in the NICU for almost 2 months and did really well, especially considering all of the 'what could have/should have beens'. It was a 'one step forward two steps backwards' type of dance those first few weeks, but after 47 days we brought Zoe home and 10 days later brought Ella home. FINALLY, we were all four under the same roof, and were ready to start the next exciting chapter in our lives . . .
Ella and Zoe turned FIVE this April and are THRIVING. They are fun, funny, naughty and sweet. The joy they bring to our lives is immeasurable. They are also really fun to take pictures of : )

They are very talented. I like how their room looks with their work.
I'm SO impressed with their art. Pierce is nowhere near that level with faces. And he only likes to use one color, lol!

I love how you have displayed their work above their beds.
Looking at former art and what they are doing now is so amazing how fast they learn and grow.
I do enjoy reading about your family.

Their art is really, really good! I especially love the little heart people. I used to make those as a kid too!
