Backyard Fun ~

Last weekend was busy for the girls.  In between taking care of our baby bird visitor, they kept busy on their new pony swing, taking turns twisting it around ....

.... and around and around .....

.... and then letting it go so it would spin around really, really fast ....

When they would get too hot they'd cool down by either sliding into their pool and floating around, or running around the big ball of water ....

.... and work on their chalk city for a bit ....

Then they would go back to their pony and swing some more, hang upside down ....

.... climb and dangle ....

....  and let me be me, their crazy mom taking their pictures ....

So cute! Great pictures! The name of the book is Winnie the Pooh Read Along. It is a paperback that comes with a CD in the inside jacket. You can get it at Barnes and Noble. We also got the book, without knowing that it was the same story. The basic story is that Eeyore loses his tail. Pooh notices on his way to look for some honey. He decides to help his friend find his tail instead of look for honey. We love Pooh! :) So he gets the other riends involved. They have a contest to find the tail and the winner will get a huge pot of honey. Then they see that Christopher Robin left a note saying he went to do something and he will "Be back soon". This is where all the characters blow things out of proportion, because the read the note wrong and think it says that Christopher Robin is taken by the Backson. They confuse the words back soon with it being Backson. So Owl then tells everyone that the Backson is the big thing that does not have the best qualities. They characters say they have to find Christopher Robin, so they make a trap to catch the Backson. They all end up falling into the pit. Tigger dresses up like the Backson and if your girls know that it is Tigger and he is just beibg silly (that is what I told my daughter) then they will think it is silly. Finally Christopher Robin comes back and tells them that they read the note wrong and that it really said "be back soon." That is basically the whole story. If you go to Barnes and Noble you can get the book with the CD. Tell them about the story first. My daughter loved the movie because there were no surprises and she giggled the whole time. I do reccomend you tell them the story first or get the book. I hope this helps! Have a great day my friend.

WOw, they had lots of fun. I like their pony, amazing.

All the backyard have grass or lawn? I mean, it looks great. Our backyard have lots of rocks and grass and don't look pretty.

PS: Of course, all of us would love to go to the beach with you. Definitely, the girls would have lots of fun together. How are you doing with school work?

Have a wonderful weekend.
