Christmas Day and the Day After at our house ....

.... was all about opening gifts that included fairies .....

.... and Go Go Walking Pups ....

.... and experiencing first hand that Christmas Wishes ....

.... DO come true!!!

The Christmas weekend was all about spending time with the McLain side of our family .....

.... and with the Rupprecht side of our family.

And even though I didn't get any photos of the girls with their Grandpa or their Grandmas (I'm really bummed about that), I did take some pictures of the SUPER CUTE owl bags from Grandma Della (love love LOVE these) ....

.... of the darling handmade finger puppets that happily keep 10 little fingers very busy ....

..... and of these characters, Sing-A-Ma-Jings, that make noises that are even funnier than how they look, and even harmonize when played together!!

It was a great Christmas; and now the cleaning, sorting and organizing has begun (does that really ever end?) ..... as well as preparations for New Years Eve!!

Another great memories. Their puppies are so cute. We are planning to give the girls a cat to each one (not real cats, the ones from fur real friends).

I need to organize their toys, too but is going to wait until I feel better.

Happy New Year!!!

PS: Of course, I had to add the drawings Ella and Zoe send to the girls. They talk about them every single day.

This is so special! I love seeing these pictures! The children look so happy and it looks like such a warm and loving hoilday! The doggies look like a great gift! My daughter would live that! The plastic bag trick under the boots is a super way of keeping feet, socks and pants dry! I always put it on before I put on the snow pants. It works beautifully! Ha! That is a trick my mom used to do when we were little. I want to wish you a very happy New Year my friend! May it be filled with love, great health and plenty of laughter! I really am very thankful for having met such wonderful blogging friends like you! Happy New Year!
