Twas the Week Before Halloween ......

........ and Zoe & Ella were quite busy.

They sponge-painted orange pumpkins ......

..... on 50 brown paper bags.

They filled those pumpkin-painted treat bags ......

..... with pencils, stickers and little rubber frogs.

We brought those 50 treat bags to their preschool's 'Trunk or Treat' celebration. It was too wet and windy outside so we all gathered inside instead.

Parents, grandparents, younger siblings and little pals sat around the room in a great big oval, and ooohed and ahhhhhed as the preschoolers paraded in. All decked out in their Halloween costumes each kid looked awesome and had so much fun as they gathered treats {and smiles} from each family .....

After the three-year olds sang their Halloween songs, the *Big Kids* (aka the Four Year Olds) took the stage, sang and performed ......

.... and made a roomfull of adults very happy.
Especially this guy : )

After posing with Mrs. Charly and a few old pals ......

...... our busy cheetahs changed clothes and checked out their Halloween goodies.

They were very happy.

And if that all wasn't enough -- the cheetah costumes were worn again. First to a special Halloween Story Time at the library ......

...... and then to speech class, while Julie did an assessment with Zoe.

The fun continued ......
Halloween Trick-or-Treating coming up next!!!

bless their little hearts for making 50 treat bags, letting them dry, lining them up, filling them with goodies, packing them in the car, carrying them inside to their school AND sharing:)
