Getting Ready ......

Two nights ago the Ghost Cake was made ......

.... and was eaten by two Snow Whites and their friend Bella.

It looked so neat glowing, and tasted yummy too.

And the ghost headbands were spooky fun to make and wear!!

Last night Zoe and Ella drew pictures of what they wanted their jack 'o lanterns to look like.

Then they scooped,

they dug out seeds,

they used all their strength,

and they helped their Daddy carve .....

They laughed.

They smiled.

They watched carefully,

and they made funny faces.

But their Jack 'O Lanterns had the funniest faces of all!!!

Last night the pumpkin seeds were cleaned and soaked.

This morning they were baked,

and this afternoon they have started to be eaten .....

..... and two little cheetahs are very excited to put on their costumes and go Trick-or-Treating after dinner tonight : )

Dear Apple Orchard Close to Grama and Grampa's House,

Thank you for such a fun visit!

It was so good to be back, and we had a blast!!

Sitting on the huge rock and the pretend pig (that looks really real from a distance) ....

.... and sitting on top of the two super big tractor wheels put big smiles on both of our faces!!

The Three Little Pigs cut-out is always silly .....

.... and Grama, what a good sport!! She wore her red jacket and pink hat just because we asked her to -- it was funny pretending we were triplets : )

The wooden tractor is always fun to drive.

And seeing the old apple orchard dog was really awesome.

It would have been great if we could have brought the dog on the wagon ride through the orchard, but it was still a fun ride ......

And the haystack .....

..... we really need one of these in our backyard!!

Apples, smiles .....

..... pumpkins and wagons -- it was all so much fun!!

We're getting brave too -- last year we didn't even get close enough to touch this old guy.

Despite not having a Cow Train (like at the orchard closer to our house, this photo was from last year),

we had a super duper fun morning : )

So thanks again for a great time!!

Way Back When-esday!!

I have always loved Halloween and having kids to dress up makes it even more fun : ) I don't think I'll ever get tired of looking at past Halloween costume pictures ......
